Im using Samsung z flip from last 1 month , now im facing some issues with earphones when i plug the earphones in the phone there is notification panel showing some android system usb connector connected disconnected errors.

I have Visited To Samsung Service Centre’s Udupi regarding to my Galaxy z flip ( only one month old. ) Connector connected disconnects error while putting type -c headphones.  I submitted my phone to near by service centre on 29th October, but today is 09 November still I didn’t receive my mobile. They told me that we will cal you back when mobile is ready 

I am not happy with  very slow Service please help .
