samsung is now degrading day by day in terms of customer service because my z fold 4 after I think January 25 update got pink and white line and they aren't helping saying that warranty is expired this isn't my fault its yout update that did and after huge android 15 update the one ui 7 is draining battery like hell they aren't fixing this too

Shame on samsung for selling most expensive mobiles and not giving the services

Thinking of switching to oneplus because at least they give lifetime warranty of their displays

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

I did it many times they just call and tells that they can't help as it is not in warranty

No they are just saying to do some failing attempts and they saying to contact costumer support which never helps
