Hi, so it's been over a month since I've Pre-booked my Z-Flip 3, and I have been calling the Samsung store in Croma every week and they just reply 'abhi nahi aaya hai sir' 'phone delay ho gaya hai'
Now, today on 6th October they outright refused to sell and are saying 'company ki taraf se koi commitment nahi hai, app refund le lijiye'
Honestly, this is DISGUSTING and DISAPPOINTING I was promised I'll get the phone on 10th September and now it's 6th October, and 1 month since the pre-booking and you still can't deliver the phone.
I've been a fan of Samsung and have been making videos on YouTube about Samsung phones since 2018 and this is by far the worst experience I've had. What's going on why is Z-Flip 3 not available??
