My fold 2 stops vibrating time and again and then I have to restart the same. Have tried all the reset but still the problem prevails.

May be this is due to some power saving setting as soon as battery goes down this problem arises.

Samsung says they give priority assistance to fold users but that's not the case I suppose very poor service from Samsung no responses from service centres and even when the parts are not available they tell us to keep the phone in their custody for a week.

Feels cheated getting such service after buying such expensive phone.

Already visited a service centre they denied that they can't repair fold 2 and also asked me to deposit the phone with them as spare parts won't be available due to warranty coverage. Please explain what do I do without a phone for 7 to 10 days which is my primary device. Poor service by Samsung
