Solve TTY MODE problem

All samsung mobile users if you face the problem of tty mode please try my idea , 

1> download Google dialer (phone)

2> set as default 

3> go to 3 dots and select setting 

4> tap on accessibility 

5> first option is TTY MODE ,select" off"

6> after this setting uninstall Google dialer 

 It's best solution if you not find tty mode in mobile setting
