Service centre asking for money even if phone malfuntioned on its own

Dear samsung team i have tried all the platform to get the matter resolved but no response 

I am facing issues with my fold 3 which is 1.5 yrs old,after showing to service centre they are asking for 52000 rs to repair the phone.

The question i ask is why your flagship phone malfunction when you brag abput your quality but only in your marketing not in your product.

After talking with your ceo help desk they assingned a case manager who tells samsung will not take any responsibilty and customer has to pay even if they accept it is their fault as it is company policy.

When asked to connect with higher authority he responded cannot be done as it is also company policy and he and his team is the final authority 

They asked to pay 41000 rs,

But why should i pay a bomb amount when it is not my fault.

Samsung using cheap quality internal things which a normal customer cant check and only faces once the warranty period is over so that customer has no option.

Same issues are being faced by a lot of people as seen on lot of platform postings.

Taking a flagship phone means it will not malfuntion unless any external damage for 4 yrs at the least.

Please show some ethics and respect towards customers hard earned money and focus on customers rather than only for profits by stealing customer money in the name of service by giving faulty phones.

I have sent as ypu suggested please look into it or i have to shift from samsung and never buy any product and also stop people near me to buy samsung product

Great news now the wifi has also stopped working and front speaker also dead....what an amazing flagship phone by samsung
