I am not sure what strategies Samsung is following, but for sure they are too much slow and falling behind other smartphone makers while pushing stable and beta updates to their new and old Gen phones. Example - Z 6 series l, no update has come for Indian users neither stable security patches nor beta options. Also, Watch 4 series no new updates for Indian users but yes in other countries they are pushing beta as well.
Since, India is being their prominent market they are drastically falling releasing updates. I know the above statement will not go well with Samsung Team but that's a reality check.
Re-editing this post, Samsung still did not hear the Indian users. Haven't seen any beta options for users except internal testing.
But they don't listen to the market, for them there are only two three markets are bigger 1. Their home Korea and 2. China and 3. USA. We don't even come in their bigger market list.
