I am not gwtting any software updates since August. I was a beta user have Ui 8 andorid 16 on my Fold 6. I have left beta program and also reset my phone to factory settings but its still running on beta UI 8 and have not reveived any updates since August 2025. Secutiy patch is of sept 2025. Pls guide how to bring my fone back om stable UI 8 or 8.5
When you leave a beta program on Samsung devices, the system often stays on the beta branch like One UI 8 & expects future beta updates, not the slower rollout of stable builds, especially if you factory reset while still enrolled in the beta. Flashing the stable firmware directly bypasses this issue...
Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and go to service center for check and resolves this issue.
