After June update my display green line issue note 20 ultra

This happens most of the time... take it to nearest galaxy store or customer service.
Probably they will say to change motherboard or screen

Visit nearby service center and check if they offer you free screen replacement. If not (if your phone have no sign of physical damage) drop an emails on servicehead.in@samsung.com
