Instant vs Smart Exchange

Has anyone done the Instant exchnage using samsung shop?

1. Is it a good option?

2. Do you see any huge flactuation in price post inspection?

3. Which is better in store exchange or on app exchange?

If store gives more than do it offline else instant gives same amount which is shown while placing order unless the phone has some issues while inspection

Phone had wifi issue, the courier guy was not able to process it
