Yesterday i got a green line in my screen i went to samsung service center and they said we don't have any guidelines for zflip phone for green line u have to do it on ur own cost without any mistake of mine i have to pay the amount because of ur software mistake and manufacturing so how is this ethical samsung so do ur best resolving my issue

Escalate the issue through mail and social media. Keep a record of your interactions both verbal and written and create evidence in case you wish to proceed legally.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
