The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 is a fantastic device!

Since you've purchased the device from Canada, it's possible that the 5G frequency bands supported by the device might not be compatible with the 5G networks in India.

Frequency Band Compatibility
1. _Check the device's 5G frequency bands_: The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 supports different 5G frequency bands depending on the region. You can check the device's specifications to see which 5G frequency bands it supports.
2. _Check the 5G frequency bands supported by Indian carriers_: Indian carriers like Jio, Airtel, and Vi support different 5G frequency bands. You can check with your carrier to see which 5G frequency bands they support.

Potential Solutions
1. _Check for software updates_: Ensure your device is running the latest software. Go to _Settings_ > _Software update_ > _Download and install_.
2. _Manually select the 5G network_: Go to _Settings_ > _Connections_ > _Mobile networks_ > _Network mode_ > _5G/4G/3G/2G (auto connect)_. Then, select the 5G network manually.
3. _Contact Samsung support or your carrier_: Reach out to Samsung support or your carrier's customer support team to see if they can provide any additional guidance or support.

Additional Tips
1. _Check the device's IMEI number_: Ensure the device's IMEI number is valid and recognized by your carrier.
2. _Check for any physical obstructions_: Physical obstructions, such as buildings or trees, can affect 5G connectivity.

If none of these solutions work, it's possible that the device's 5G frequency bands are not compatible with the 5G networks in India. In this case, you may want to consider contacting Samsung support or your carrier to discuss possible alternatives or solutions.
