Gmail not auto syncing for new email

Hello. My flip4 is not pushing notification for new emails and pushed only when I opened the app. Did any one face similar issue? Thanks

It went to sleeping. So just remove it from there and put it in never sleeping.

Setting>Battery section

And enable notifications it might help. For me it worked.
