Galaxy Z Flip 5, Z Fold 5 get stable Android 14 (One UI 6.0) update in India

The stable Android 14 update is now available to the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and the Galaxy Z Fold 5 in India. These devices started getting the stable update two days ago, but the availability of the new software was earlier limited to the US. Now, Samsung seems to have started rolling out the update more widely.

Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 get stable One UI 6.0 update in India

The stable Android 14 (One UI 6.0) update for the Galaxy Z Flip 5 comes with firmware version F731BXXU1BWK9. For the Galaxy Z Fold 5, the update bears firmware version F946BXXU1BWKA. 

These updates are now available for everyone in India. More countries could get the update within the next few days. They also include the November 2023 security patch. Since these are big updates, it is better to back up your personal data and download the update over a Wi-Fi network.

To download the stable One UI 6.0 update on your Galaxy Z Flip 5 or Galaxy Z Fold 5, open the Settings app on your phone and navigate to Software update » Download and install.
