Samsung has been rapidly expanding access to the One UI 6.0 (Android 14) beta program to Galaxy smartphones this month. Recently, Samsung launched the beta for the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and the Galaxy Z Fold 4, and today, the company has opened up registrations for the beta program for Z Flip 4 and Fold 4 owners in India.

Getting into the beta program is a simple process: just open the Samsung Members app, tap the One UI 6.0 beta banner on the app's home screen, and then hit the enrol button. Once you have done that, you can download the first One UI 6.0 beta update by tapping Download and install in the phone's Settings » Software update menu.

It can take some time for the update to show up after registration, so try again a little later if the first few attempts don't work. And since the update is around 3GB in size, you may want to make sure that you are using a Wi-Fi connection instead of mobile data to download it.

Also make sure to back up all important data if you plan to test Android 14 and One UI 6.0, as this is unfinished software and might have some bugs. The backup will also come in handy if you decide to go back to Android 13, which can be done using Samsung's Smart Switch program on Windows or Mac and requires a factory reset.

The video above breaks down all the major Android 14 and One UI 6.0 features that will be coming to eligible Galaxy devices, and we recommend checking it out. You can also take a look at the complete changelog here.
