Hey, my fold 3 inside display is not working. There is a thick line in the center and also the right side of the screen has no touch response. The phone is under Warranty. What can I do?

If the device is under warranty and you have some debating skills, you can get a free display replacement under warranty.

Yes, but they will try their maximum to put the blame on you to claim that it's due to your careless handling. However, all depends on the particular service centre.

Exactly what has happend with me as well, under warranty, but they just want to rub onto the customers

They shall show a small scratch on the phone which shall has nothing to do with the problem. And shall tell the warranty is void. You shall have to spend 52k for this replacement. You pay it and get it replaced. Samsung has policy that implies u can buy such expensive phones, but dont use, if you use them then samsung is not responsible because u r an abusive user by default

I and all my friends using Fold 3 are having issues with internal display of the phone....service centre wants to charge a bomb for the replacement....fold is a faulty Product...all of us should approach consumer forum and seek legal redressal...we should approach concerned authority to stop the Sale of this model...it's a faulty product
