Fold 3 cover display screen flickering

My fold 3 unfolded small screen display gets flicker as black area  in background gets white just like tubelight gets on effect. 

Please suggest is it software issue or glitch or hardware problem. It occurs occasionally.

Goodluck on getting samsung to admit their products are faulty. They'll just blame you for the issue and ask you to pay more money for repairs. Samsung is full of scammers. I had the same issue with my fold 3 and they asked me to pay 50k despite phone being under warranty as they found some "scratches" on my phone
