Fold 3 cover display screen flickering

My fold 3 unfolded small screen display gets flicker as black area  in background gets white just like tubelight gets on effect. 

Please suggest is it software issue or glitch or hardware problem. It occurs occasionally.

It may be software or hardware issue.

It can be software issue, it's like once in 4 days happening

I think i should wait, my fold 3 is in full warranty from Samsung care+ as it's happening very occasionally..

Same problem, one week of using and outer screen has a flickering pixel dot when its unlocking. Going to service.
