Dual Messenger Whatsapp

Hi, my whatsapp dual messenger is not working.

As I enter the number and press next, it says connecting and just stops there.

Can anyone help me with the solution.

The same problem happened to me last year. I complained to Samsung customer care, and then the company issued a security patch update that solved the problem. You should wait for the upcoming security patch update. After the update, uninstall the secondary WhatsApp app and then reinstall it. It is 100% guaranteed to solve the problem.

So should I ask them for a security patch or just wait for the new patch to arrive?

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. You can now use multiple accounts in whatsapp from the app itself. No need to use dual messenger feature, atleast for whatsapp.
