Camera issue while doing KYC

I have been noticing this issue with galaxy fold 3 that whenever i am trying do a KYC for any reason. The ultra-wide camera opens up instead of the primary camera due to which my card details cant be focused. Now owning a 1.5 lakhs ruppes phone still i have to hear someone saying please try with other phone . Thats too humiliation.....
Please do something so that the main camera opens up not the ultra wide camera.

Ohh really yes ofcourse i am doing a charity here that i would participate in any R&D for a company.
If its not a finished product it should not be sold, instead of giving dumb answers of moving card up and down let me know if anyone has any proper solution!
If you have any real solution let me know samsung!!

Do you think i must have not adjusted the phone and card. I have tried all possibile ways and its not only about this app i had tried earlier also with different banking system. Still its the same there is no focus even an 5k phone can get this thing done. There has be some software update required from Samsung side.
Could you let me know how can i let Samsung know about this bug and get it done.

If you are facing the camera blur issue while performing video Kyc in Samsung devices try using Mozilla Firefox browser as it uses a different engine. The camera quality is very clear same as it's in your Samsung device. Try and Thank me later.
