I am using a Samsung Flip 5 and compared to all my other galaxies, this specific phone has problem with loading icon, its not spinning as well as the device care brush icon. Usually, when you clicked it, it will make a movement which is not doing on my phone.
Can somebody assist here? Thanks in advance.
Please check the short vid I took. Again, you will see the device care brush icon, I clicked it and it didnt move but it does work. Also you will notice the loading icon when I went to Themes.
Try to uninstall the theme and see if the problem remains or not! Also if u have install some apps it might effect as well, finally make sure that your phone is updated and the play store apps as well, if all those things are good , try the final step, go to kepad and enter *#0*# the phone will show you a list of buttons for each phone component that lets you test them individually to see if something's wrong with your hardware. In the Samsung Hardware Diagnostic Test Menu, you can troubleshoot your touch screen, your screen color (RGB), I hope that was helpful.
