If you still haven't received the OTA update then try updating through Smart Switch using laptop or pc..

Please update it through smart switch. If you are using windows laptop or pc try doing it with windows 10.

Just try updating it with smart switch latest version. It will work for sure. Even i dont get OTA updates. Thats the only workaround
