Widevine L3 issue

Today I found out my netflix was running at Widevine L3 videos streaming at SD quality, as shown below:

Then i resolved my issue by updating the google play system update to the lastest patch get the device restarted.

Once the device is restarted, just clear data of the netflix and this will resolve the issue

Now my device is streaming Full HD resolution with HDR support.

It worked sometime again it looses the support of L1. Please let me know the update from your side. I get the device error.. nd nowadays I'm not able to get Full HD with L1.

I tried multiple times not able to get solution from either of the parties.. but many users are facing same issue in flagship series🙂

I feel it started after one ui 6.0 update.. There's some bug in the system.. Let me know if you get any outcome.. Cause I'm getting jst blame games from Netflix and samsung at each other..

Bro pls help how did get the fix tried to update google play system restarted cleared cache but didn't fix how did you got widevine l1 I have same issue widevine l3

Try to update google play system update, clear the the chache and data of netflix, prime video application, and restart the device! Same steps helped me get back my L1 certification in my s23 ultra!
