Yeah, even I'm observing the flip 4 is having battery drain after the android update.

What were the battery stats for you before the April update? I bought the phone on 12th April.. so it was already updated during my initial setup.

It was like 6 hours approx.

Yes. Somewhat like that, but I use protect battery and I charge at 15 or 20%, so it's difficult to remember now before March.
