Loyal Samsung Customer for 15 years.

Had an absolutely horrific experience while ordering Fold 5 on the launch day in India. First I was made to wait for delivery 15 days after the initial delivery date committed with the order. Delivery was attempted exactly after a month but was rejected by Samsung Delivery Partner as the phone I wanted to excahnge had a little dent (very minimal which is result of daily use). Samsung policy doesnt allow you to pay the remainder of price and take the delivery. Then the real horror was getting the refund. After multiple follow ups and 100s of unprofessional responses by Customer Care, I still await refund amount of more than INR 1.2 lakhs. Really pathetic and not expected from a company of Samsung 's repute and that too in its most premium segment.

I agree strongly. Samsung's refunding of cancelled items process is utter pathetic when bought from Samsung app. I faced similar in the past when purchasing buds 2 Pro. I got refund after 100s of customer care calls and it took almost 3 -4 months.

For the past two years I'm seeing this kind of issue with samsung shop exchange orders. Samsung still not revised their refund policy for return/cancellation orders. You should file a legal case ASAP. Otherwise, they'll drag your refund for months.

Although the build quality is very poor, my S21 Ultra back glass is coming off. They are giving the reason of phone heating. Is it customer fault if phone is heating?

the problem you have faced is same with other people also
you are right their refund policy is worst in my opinion
