Samsung had Launched the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G on 11th August 2021.So ,here I'm giving my First impression.
As,This is was successor version of Galaxy Z Fold2 which was launched at #GalaxyUnpacked #SamsungEvent earlier year on 5th of August 2020.
Now,Talking about the Features-
DISPLAY-
- World's First under Display Camera for Uninterrupted viewing Experience in unfolded display ,In Short,Camera will Appear only when you're using after using it will Disappear Again.
- Both Cover and Inner display is dynamic Amoled 2x with120Hz Adaptive refresh rate. In short,we be able use even in outside on sunny day,and 120Hz will give smooth experience.
- The primary display is 6.2 Inches 832 × 2668 Pixel (smartphone Experience) & The secondary display when you unfold it is 7.6 Inches 1768 x 2208 Pixel (Tablet like Experience).
- World's 1st and Best power Consumption Display Technology is used by ECO². Mean we get dynamic display with less battery consumption.
- This time Display is 29% brighter than Z Fold2
- This time they used Rubber and CIPG materials to seal the gap and improved the durability by IPX8 Water Resistant. & Because of this reason,it is World's first water resistant foldable Smartphone.
- Durability of display is increased by 80% ,by using New layer of PET -a sturdy and flexible material both at the same time.
- The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus - Samsung's Toughest Glass.
- This time they made the device frame with Armour Aluminium, which is super strongest grade of Aluminium used in smartphone,Means Extra protection and light weight also.
- For the first time the Galaxy Fold series is supporting a S-Pen .
- To use S-Pen Uninterrupted along the unfolded display, It has 2 seperate (at both side) digitizer Which combines together with EMR Controller (Electro-Magnetic Resonance) so that tgey work as a single Digitizer. It is Really a great and Innovative things.
- This S-Pen is different from other,It is designed with Rubber Nib,which is very soft and rounded.and a spring inside is used to absorb the shock.It Makes us feel as we are writing or drawing naturally on any Notebook.
- This features helps us draw,keep & share our creativity on the Go just with S-Pen
MULTI-TASKING -
- The galaxy fold gives us a freedom to use multiple app at once ,which has really increased the productivity.
- & ,we can adjust the size of each app window according to our need more than before while multitasking.
- There's Tab group option which allows us to launch our favorite app together.Like i need to reply my boss about my latest project ,if in my tab group i have word,Mail & Pdf .if i'll tap ,all 3 will open at once,and we can copy data from pdf ,edit in word qnd can reply via mail.Thats it.Cool na.
- Also a new taskbar option at the side of the screen where the most usef app or we can pin our favourite App to work and switch between app.
CAMERA-
- 12 MP Ultra-wide Camera
- 12 MP Wide-angle Camera
- 12 MP Telephoto Camera
- 10 MP Front Camera on cover screen
- 4 MP under Display Camera on Main screen
The Z Fold3 is stylish & slim. It is the lightest fold of about 271gm.Now talking about the battery, intelligent Dual Battery of 4400mAh is used in this device.In this Fold 5nm Processor is used which increases the performance of CPU by 13%,GPU by 27% and NPU by 60%.Ofcourse this device is 5G enabled and supports wi-fi 6E.Fold 3 has 3 beautiful color option-Phantom Black (my Favorite),Phantom Green & Phantom Silver & the Most important for optimized performance,for the Fold phone used ONE UI 3.
