Exchange not available for Galaxy Flip3

Hey I'm trying to exchange my flip 3 with the new flip5 but the Samsung's website does not support Flip3 for exchange.

• Sometimes it shows, sometimes it doesn't (Talking about the drop-down menu). 
• Rest when I enter IMEI number, It always shows device not compatible!!!

Even the exchange price quoted for my S23 plus was 52k INR, that too after 6 months. Sammy is nowadays playing games and also the flagships are getting very costlier every year and maybe after 5-6 years, cars will be cheaper than Sammy flagships

Did you saw the pricing of the iPhone 15 series?
Same is the case with every brand!

Yeah seems like it's sort of a website issue, Now the exchange is available for my device, try doing it from your PC or some other device, call Samsung if the issue still persists.
