Fold 3 got stable update of oneui 3.1

It seems you are either unaware of the recent trends or didnt understand the query.

As a matter of fact: s22 ultra to be precised recieved a stable android 13. As far as Fold 4 (my major concern) is considered, already has UI 4 point something.

As for as i know s22 may get stable oneui 5.0 update inoctober 12-13 rumoured .

Samsung is not release official statement on when devices will get android 13 yet because there android 12 is yet to complete update

After android 12 list complete I think they will start working on a13 update list, and it will be available in samsung members

When all the 2-2 rupees old phones like s20,s21, a53 and so on will get the stable update after that they will gives us the 5.0 update in fold 4.
