I am not on twitter but if anybody is on twitter who preordered and didn't get this phone, please tag Samsung India and ask them a clarification. This is unacceptable. My Z Flip 3 was to be delivered by Sept 13 as mentioned in my order details but today is Sept 15 and the phone has not yet been shipped! To add butter to the toast, they are also ignoring emails sent by me which they said will be replied withing 24 hrs! What the hell is this?
Samsung would never take customers or anything posted in these forums seriously. We have to talk about our issues, concerns on Social Media platforms. There is a difference in one customer raising his or her voice and thousands of customers raising their voices.
United we can stand and we have better chance of Samsung hearing us loud and clear. We might not win the case, atleast we can spread awareness among consumers.

Writing from S9 with tinted display. Samsung solution is to replace screen at 17k. Just after 1 year and 2 months of delicate use.
Update.. finally my flip 3 is shipped! 5 days after due delivery date. Samsung didn't respond to any email sent to them but anyways, I am happy that it didn't take much long.
