Adaptive power saver mode

Since i am mostly travelling due to my job, I always keep the power saving mode turned on. However I miss using my phone to the full potential. I wonder how much using the Adaptive Power Saver feature would help me achieve the balance. 

Your honest opinion would be appreciated!

I follow modes and routines. Sometimes adaptive power saving models enables at 60-70% and sometimes at<20%
So I follow these routines
