No. I don't receive sms on my phone. How to get the two step otp on email instead of phone number?

I'm unable to login into galaxy store. Why phone number is forced without giving choice to enter email.

I should've been more clear, My bad. I'm trying log into galaxy store using Samsung account in my device. Once after entering password, otp page shows only phone number option. There's no email option. I'm confused that, above link only shows how two step works with Google account, but not related to Samsung log in.
