factory reset your device and then see

factory reset is not the solution for everything. He need to update the call settings.

you can disable via call settings》answering and ending calls》read caller name aloud
just disable it.

first go to setting then Accessibility then go to interaction and dexterity then click on Answering and ending calls and last off the read caller names aloud..
