Why is Galaxy Store installing spam apps without user permission and knowledge?

Lot of spam apps getting installed thru galaxy store with my permission and knowledge.

It's consuming my daily data automatically without my knowledge.

What type of unethical practice from reputed company like samsung?

DISABLE " APPCLOUD " APP
SETTINGS > APPS > APPCLOUD [DISABLE]
IT WILL STOPS AUTOMATICALLY INSTALLING USELESS APPS !

ALSO
WHENEVER YOU OPEN GALAXY STORE
YOU WILL SEE LOTS OF APPS WITH TICK MARKS
THEN FIRST DESELECT ALL SELECTED APPS
AND THEN CLICK ON CONTINUE !

I am using samsung m21 ,restart In every hour or couple of minutes anytime . There is no physical damage or any other damage in my device. 

After Aug 21 updates I am facing this .

So many user having same issue with samsung device .This should be rectified by samsung i

 Please suggest or provide me for solution.
