yes i have worked on this solution. plz, follow this steps, don't ignore any step ...

its very simple.
steps :
1. go to app details of play store
2. clear the data
3. disable google play store
4. restart phone
5. hold 5 min
6. open settings and enable play store.
If you skip any thing then you will not be able to fix issue. even this small trick but still need to follow all 6 steps.
