Samsung voice recorder permission

As we know it is voice recorder, 

But why it take permission of call/phone ?

But after unistalling voice recorder i can record calls on my m53 5g, so this is extra permission taken by this app

May be you are right,
But in other smartphones their voice recorder do not take permission of "phone" but shows all recording in the app.
