Why does samsung notes sync not work between 2 Samsung devices that are in the same account and have their syncing turned on ?

Currently it says no Snote data while trying to import files from cloud, but I already have two devices syncing in the same account(my phone m52 5g and tab s9fe)
Is there any daily sync feature or something? I turned it on 6 hours back, but still no files can be found.

Maybe it's a internet issue

I am able to browse in both devices & there is no notification saying the syncing has started even when the wifi is on. I also made sure both have internet connectivity @ the same time. Till now I haven't backed up photos or any such big files in Samsung cloud. So there is no possibility of being out of storage in cloud.
