Hi users,

I was using samsung notes app to save some of my passwords and locked it.

When I open those notes it asks for a fingerprint or the password.

But the problem is I could reset the password right from there. A verification mail sent and password reset done.

There isn't no multi factor authentication. No security question asked.

If anyone gets the hold of my unlocked phone they can just reset the password.

Try app lock. That way u can set different passcode from your normal phone passcode.

I don't  want to use a third party locker.

My humble suggestion could be to try a password manager to store such credentials. Maybe Samsung pass if you are an A,S, Note series user or you can try bit warden which is supported multiplatform.
