You get limited features on budget friendly devices as it has the core version of OneUI and lacks the APIs that support the advanced features due to hardware limitations. So its impossible to provide such features.
But why is this phone also having all these features because its processor is not so good and many apps do not support it like I tell you in the name of one or two apps. Secure folder, Good lock and etc.
well they did that cause u know .if u want good stuff buy a phone over 45k then u will get those good feature like goodlock and stuff . also exynos is very bad when it comes to management of gpu and cpu so u would just trying to over cook your phone even if u have good lock . other stuff maybe not like knox and secure folder but sure task which need good processer or which is special one ui based apps won't work for u .
some good lock apps may work but it won't be much functional compared to one ui version of them
