After last Software update on my Samsung A70, my Phone and Contacts apps are getting hung. Issue has been duscussed with Samsung Automated Assistant, Human Assistant. Also called on Samsung Smart Tutor but is still open and i got solution saying do factory reset with no guaranty that isshe will get resolved.
Also my phone is in use from long time and factory reset can not be a solution.
