Hi, you can create a custom keyboard using Keys Cafe app which can be downloaded from Galaxy Store: https://apps.samsung.com/appquery/appDetail.as?appId=com.samsung.android.keyscafe.
Just make sure that your device is compatible with the app.
I have attached a picture of my custom keyboard created using Keys Cafe according to my requirement, feel free to use it if you like it. In fact I have also customized my Hindi keyboard and completely changed the layout.
