Samsung Internet browser bugs.

In my M51, whenever I try to download any file from Samsung Internet Browser, download starts but EVERYTIME it says: 
"couldn't download files" 
The only resolution is to change Download Preference EVERYTIME I try to save something. 
Fix this?
