Yes it is just a downgrade from Samsung totally dissatisfied from the service. Recently purchased Galaxy M14 5G and f14 5G,A14 5G three of them don't have a must have Basic Feature screen cast or Smartview... That was used to be present in even the budget series like Galaxy M11 have it. I talked to customer support they say the devices are not hardware compatible for the feature to cast screen.
JUST WOW Samsung!! Look how technology evolves , they degraded the hardware and user experience 👎👎👎.
