Yep you are right , its basically a media reminder in every A11 device including stock Android it pops up.

Yes, I too get this music in notification. And also sometimes the Messages app starts in background when I switch on my device.

For me only the message app. And I can't even open it from recent apps. I have to open it directly again and close it.
