LumaFusion Purchase error how to get refund

Clearly and concisely explainwhat happened.

​Summary of Issue:

I successfully completed a purchase forLumaFusion: Professional video editing and effects from the Galaxy Store on04/11/2025. My payment was processed successfully (see attached receipt), but the application/in-app item wasnot delivered. The store/app is still showing the item as "unpurchased" and asking me to pay again.
