When I tried to copy/paste long message in default SMS app it's saying like message converting to MMS and getting loaded. After few minutes it's failed with network not support .Samsung device not supporting long message .
I tried all possibility contacted Samsung service customer care also network provider but still has issue .
Below are the option I tried
1) changed SMS setting text message input type  to GSM alphabet also with unicode
2)changed MMS free to restrict and tried with warning as well
3)changed MMS setting in access point with #/* in mmsc proxy mmsport
Please note all options are source from browsing only .
Any known solution please try to help

Hi there,

Please make sure your text messages should not exceeded more than 160 words as if it exceeds more than 160 words it will automatically convert into MMS.

Further, to resolve the message sending issue kindly follow the below mentioned steps:

> Check from other SIM card

> Reset setting (Scroll down Notification panel >Settings >General management >Reset >Reset setting)

> Perform clear cache of message app (Settings>>apps>>3 corner dots>>show system app>>message app>>storage>>clear cache)

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
