Internet browser available in Windows 10?

I would like to know whether samsung internet browser application is available on Windows 10 OS in India. Since I use it on my phone and tablet would love to have a pc version of the application for better synchronization.

Currently not available yet, but Samsung is going to launch it for Windows OS soon...
