How to prevent uninstalling apps

Hi there, I have a problem that my younger brother keeps deleting my apps from the phone so is there any way to prevent it from the apps bring deleted

If you use it then
Open it
Click on + option to add apps
Then click on download from play store
Download the apps
Then it will be private
No one can use it except you
Even no one can uninstall it until he goes into the secure folder
But remember don't share the password of secure folder with anyone

Just go to homscreen manue and on the Lock homscreen layout option
After doing it anybody can't uninstall the app from your homscreen

Use secure folder as second space in install your apps in secure folder and before giving phone to your bro do exit from secure folder and handover phone to your bro
