Why You Might Not Have Received the Update Yet
1. Staggered Rollout
Samsung often rolls out updates in phases by region, device model number, and server load.
Some users in different countries (or using different CSC codes) get the update earlier.
2. Carrier or Country Restrictions
If your M35 was imported or carrier-locked, updates might be delayed or managed differently.
3. Auto-Update Turned Off
If auto-update for Galaxy Store is off, you might miss app updates until you manually check.
What You Can Do
1. Manually Check for Updates
Open Galaxy Store > Menu (☰) > Updates
Look for My Files and update it if available
2. Clear Galaxy Store Cache
Go to Settings > Apps > Galaxy Store > Storage > Clear cache
3. Force Stop & Retry
After clearing cache, force stop the Galaxy Store and try again
4. Check Your Software Version
Go to Settings > About phone > Software information
If your One UI version is still 6.1 or below, the app update might not roll out until your full One UI 7 firmware is available
