Good Lock - Sound Assistant not Functioning

 For almost a week now, my Sound Assistant app hasn't been working as expected. I don't know why? The volume panel acts nothing as i set it to in the app. Anyone else facing the same issue? Any kinda bug? Or just mine?
I believe this happened after i did some software update on my Note10+...
