If i apply any theme from galaxy store that theme is applying only for icons but not changing Quickpanel ! Does anyone know what to do

turn off Quickstar from Goodlock

If you put any kind of theme in your device you should restart your device for proper application of theme in your phone.

Also see Quickstar Goodlock Module is Off which can interfer when applying theme.
